DRAFT INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS) MANUAL

 The objective of this document is to provide a single framework of defining NNRA policies, identify stakeholders and interfaces, identification and description of regulatory practices and processes, identification and development of management and support process, as well as developing process map for each of the identified processes and procedures to enable the NNRA carry out its regulatory activities within the scope of its mission and mandate as provided in NNRA Act 19 of 1995.

 Consequently, the implementation of the IMS will transparently demonstrate NNRA’s internal mechanisms which will ensure continuous improvement, thus increasing effectiveness and efficiency of regulatory activities. In this regard, submissions have been made by all the Departments to identify their processes and procedures as well as develop a Flow or Process Map of the identified processes and procedures which has been incorporated into this NNRA Draft IMS MANUAL as attached.
