NNRA PLEDGES MORE SUPPORT FOR STAFF COOPERATIVE

The DG/CEO of the Authority, Dr. Yau Usman Idris has pledged his unalloyed support to the newly elected executives of the NNRA Cooperative Society during a courtesy visit they paid him at his Office on 23^rd July, 2024.

Speaking during the visit, the Chairman of the NNRA Cooperative Society, Mr. Ademola Francis congratulated the DG on his reappointment as the DG/CEO for the second term of 5 years.

He solicited for NNRA’s collaboration and mutual support in areas of interest especially that of staff welfare which will lead to increased productivity, innovation and success. He stated that the cooperative was inaugurated in year 2008 and has made significant efforts to enhance staff welfare particularly in securing a befitting housing scheme for the teeming staff of the Authority which has not materialized yet and hoped that with the cooperation of the Management, it will be actualized.

The DG reiterated his committed to staff wellbeing and charged the Executives to remain committed and focused in upholding the mandate and objectives of the Cooperative and pledged to support them in achieving notable projects that will improve the welfare of staff enhance the productivity of the organization.
