NIRPR UNDERTAKES A TWO-DAY TRAINING ON LEADERSHIP

The National Institute of Radiation Protection and Research (NIRPR) a technical arm of the Authority, in its effort to achieve higher productivity and  render better service to the public and the nation at large, organized a Two-day training on Leadership in Ibadan from 8^th-9^th February, 2021.

The master class training was aimed at creating and developing a new approach that will place the organization in a favorable position among its contemporaries.

The training focused on new skills to enhance effective performance of duty, create a collaborative and innovative culture between teams and minimize the risk of conflict in the workplace.
