Dr Yau Idris, becomes the new Chairperson of AFCONE.

Dr Yau Idris, becomes the new Chairperson of the Bureau of the African Commission on Nuclear Energy (AFCONE).

The election took place on  Tuesday, 17th May, 2022 at the African Union (AU) Headquarters in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Dr. Idris will be Chairing the AFCONE CSP for the next 2 years (2022-2024).
