DR. YAU IDRIS REAPPOINTED DG, NNRA FOR A SECOND TERM

The President, Senator Ahmed Tinubu has approved the re-appointment of Dr. Yau Usman Idris as the Director General/CEO of the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority.

This reappointment is contained in a letter from the Minister of Petroleum Resources; Sen. Heineken Lokpobiri dated 11^th March, 2024 and states that the 5years second tenure takes effect from the 18^th February, 2024.

The entire Management and staff of the Authority extend their warmest congratulations to Dr. Yau Idris on his reappointment and we wish him a successful and impactful tenure.
