NUPENG AND PENGASSAN LEADERS PAY COURTESY VISIT TO THE DIRECTOR GENERAL/CEO, NNRA

The leadership of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN) and the National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers (NUPENG) jointly paid a courtesy visit to the Director General/CEO of the Nigerian Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NNRA), Dr Yau Idris.

The PENGASSAN team was led by the National Chairperson of the PENGASSAN Women Commission (NC-PWC), Engr. Dr. Maryann Mbanaso, while the NUPENG was led by its National Financial Secretary, Comrade Yahaya Danladi.

The purpose of the visit was to express appreciation for Dr. Yau Idris’s unwavering support and steadfast commitment to staff welfare. The unions commended his open-door policy, consistent engagement with staff, and prompt responsiveness to welfare and administrative matters.

In his response, Dr. Yau Idris thanked the union leaders for their visit and reaffirmed his administration’s dedication to promoting staff welfare, professionalism, and maintaining industrial harmony within the NNRA.

The visit underscored the strong relationship between the NNRA leadership and staff unions, reaffirming a shared commitment to collaborative engagement for continued institutional growth and stability.
