Administration and Finance

The Department of Administration and Finance is divided into two divisions namely; Administration Division and Finance Division. The Administrative Division is charged with the responsibility of overall management of the Authority including handling all personnel matters as they affect appointments, promotions, and discipline. It also handles issues of staff welfare, and personnel management. It is further charged with the responsibility of implementing and applying government policies (Rules and Procedures) as they affect staff, for the smooth running of the Authority.
